Engine 1 arrived on location within 10 minutes and advised of a 2 car MVA rear-end type collision with command (Capt 550 J.Craver) being established. After investigation the crew on Engine 1 were met with 4 pt's who were all complaining of neck and back pain. Engine 1 personnel began pt care (Applying C-collars and obtaining various other info). Upon the arrival of Engine 2 B-Shift personnel also assisted with providing pt care. With 4 total pt's requiring transport 2 ALS unit's were called in along with EMS Battalion Chief (Imed 10).
