@ 17:16hrs Shepherds along with Engine 4 were alerted to a reported MVA with injuries just down the road from Shepherds station 1. Within moments Shepherds Engine 1 & Chief 500 (Robinson) were on location and investigating the scene. After investigation command advised he had a total of 4 patients including (One infant). 2 of the pt's involved were code 4 (Denied care) while 2 others required transport. Upon arrival of EMS care was transferred and Shepherds personnel assisted with the packaging and loading of the injured. Personnel awaited the arrival of NCSHP before going returning back in normal service within the hour.

**Note Engine 4 was at in-service training at the time call was given.**
