Shepherds Responds Engine & Tanker On Troutman House Fire

@ 23:26 Shepherds was alerted to assist Troutman on a house fire around the 200 block of Carlyle Rd. After dispatch ECOM relayed to responding units that they were receiving multiple calls on same and shortly after Troutman PD arrived on location and advised of a fully involved fire on the A-side of the structure. Troutman Engine 2 arrived on location confirmed the working fire as Chief 118 (S.Kuhnemann) established Carlyle command and began going to work. Shepherds Engine 3 and Tanker 1 arrived minutes later and assisted Troutman personnel with ventilation led by Capt 530 (S.Taylor) going around the structure & taking out windows followed by grabbing a second hand-line and going into the attic to search for extension (which was found and extingushed.) A control time was issued within 25 minutes. Shepherds was released from the scene @ 00:23hrs and provided coverage for Troutman until 01:30hrs.
