| @ 11:37 Shepherds along with Mooresville Engine 5 were alerted to a reported MVA with injuries on I-77 NB @ the 36mm. Mooresville E5 along with Battalion 1 were on location first with a vehicle well off into the woods with command being established. Shepherds Engine 2 arrived on location next and assisted crews with pt care. Upon arrival of EMS care was transferred. Med-Center Air was contacted due to pt's altered mental status. The LZ would be on 77 with Batt 1 (Colvert) being LZ supervisor. Upon arrival of CMC pt was packaged and loaded for transport and all units were assignment complete within the hour.
