@ 12:40 Shepherds was alerted of a MVA @ Shinnville Rd & Charlotte Hwy. Shepherds Engine 1 ( which was out at lunch) responded from E.Plaza Drive & McLelland Ave.) Shepherds FF Conley arrived on location with one vehicle into a pole and would be checking for injuries. Engine 1 arrived shortly after with 515 (Beauvais) assuming command. After investigating the pt's injuries command requested for Med-Center Air to be put on standby as a precaution due to the the amount of damage done to the front end of the vehicle & the spider web cracked windshield. The pt was conscious but not really alert with a large gash to the forearm. Upon arrival of EMS and after completing their assessment Med-Center was cancelled. Personnel from Engine 1 & Rescue 5 assisted with loading and packaging the pt for transport to the local hospital. All Shepherds units were assignment complete within 30 minutes and back in normal service.

**Note: Mooresville Engine 4 was on the initial call but were out O.O.S training.**
