@ 14:23hrs Shepherds was alerted on the box to assist Mooresville Fire with a possible house fire in the area of Spencer Ave. Mooresville Battalion 1 (J.Barrier) arrived on location of a single story residential structure with heavy smoke showing. Shepherds Engine 2 responded on the run minutes later and arrived on location (6th due) reported to command and was assigned RIT duties at first followed by some overhaul ops (As soon as a control time was given). Once a good knockdown was made by companies Shepherds assisted with covering up bedroom/living room furniture from any more smoke and water damage. Once the task was completed command released Shepherds with thanks just after an hour. This would be the 3rd structural related assist call of the day for Shepherds.
