July 22nd for the daytime staff was eventful with several calls for service before lunch. @ 08:08hrs Shepherds was alerted to assist Mooresville Fire with a possible building fire around the 700 block of Agape Drive. Mooresville units arrived on location advised of an extinguished fire and to cancel any further. @ 08:26 Shepherds was alerted to a local medical followed by another one @ 09:29. @ 15:53 Shepherds along with Engine 4 (running on reserve Engine 6) were toned out to a construction accident on Chollywood Dr. where the pt fell from the top of a house under construction. Engine 4 B-Shift (Capt Pope) along with Chief 515 (Beauvais) arrived on location and began pt assessment. Med Center Air was contacted due to a fall from approx (20 feet). Shepherds Engine 1 stood by Station 1 for the LZ in which Capt 550 (J.Craver) would coordinate. After the arrival of EMS and a complete head to toe examination Med-Center Air was cancelled as the pt was packaged and loaded for transport to Lake Norman. Shepherds was assignment complete within 30 minutes.
